The race at Altamont

I was in 4th, and lost sight of the race, crashed, and got 15th place, $50 in cash!! No bad for the 65 cars that started.

Spring will be here none too soon for me to fix the dents, and race again!!!

fast fucking cars

So I got this thing in my mailbox the other day. Apparantly some dudes who like fast cars, really really fast cars, test these things on a really flat piece of land perhaps in Nevada.
Anyhoo, there is a private screening of a film they made happening on Nov. 7, 2004 at a hot-to-trot winery in the East Bay.
I think its invite only.
The film of the fast cars will be at the California Indie Film Festival (or at least they hope) and the makers of said really fast cars will be at the screening Nov. 7.
If anyone likes fast cars and would like to go to this thing, let me know.

Movies

I talked to Glen (HardDriver) who has edited the in-the-car footage to juicy i5 minute segments, and I think we should find a place and means to show it on a wall somewhere along with a few movies... maybe Used Cars and American Graffiti. Anyone have any ideas?
